As a Physical Training Instructor, you’ll be responsible for the research, design and delivery of individual and collective physical training to optimise human performance in peacetime and operational environments. 
Bring your passion for fitness and human performance to the Air Force where you’ll enable members to build their physical and mental resilience by raising and maintaining their level of fitness.

You’ll design and deliver a range of activities such as high-performance strength and conditioning, mental wellness education, rehabilitation and injury prevention programs that keep the Air Force’s people operating at peak mental and physical capacity. 
While maintaining your own very high level of personal discipline and personal fitness, you’ll provide a holistic approach to optimise health and performance of the body (physical), mind (cognitive) and team (social, emotional, cultural). Your work will enable members to efficiently achieve goals and tasks that will help them remain ‘fit for life’ and maximise Air Force capability.

Take your passion for physical fitness to the next level and play an integral role in developing the strength and physical wellbeing of Air Force members in Australia and overseas.
