Join without qualifications
There are many excellent career options in the ADF that generally don&rsquo;t require experience or qualifications. You&rsquo;ll receive all the training you need and be paid while you train.

You'll be paid while you train, and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Employment Training, you’ll earn at least:

As an Air Dispatcher, you’ll play a pivotal role within the distribution network of the Army. You’ll plan and deliver personnel, stores, equipment and Combat Service Support (CSS) through the Air Cargo Delivery distribution process.

You’ll be part of a small team within a specialist unit undertaking a variety of tasks that include packing rigging, loading and unloading stores and equipment for all modes or air movement, including airdrop, airland and helicopter external air transport as well as manually dispatching cargo from aircraft while in flight.

Take on an action-packed military logistics role on the ground and in the air, managing the packing, loading and aerial dispatch of Army supplies, vehicles and equipment.
