Join without qualifications
There are many excellent career options in the ADF that generally don&rsquo;t require experience or qualifications. You&rsquo;ll receive all the training you need and be paid while you train.

You'll be paid while you train, and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Employment Training, you’ll earn at least:

As an Ammunition Supplier, you’ll be responsible for supplying and managing the inventory of ammunition to multiple units of the Army. 

You’ll have the opportunity to become an Ammunition Technician specialising in ammunition and explosives, providing technical advice, technical support and management functions both within and outside the ADF. You’ll also support military and civil authorities through the identification and disposal of un-exploded ordnance (UXO) and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED).

You’ll perform a range of duties including stores accounting, electronic ledger entry, operator maintenance, warehousing duties as well as receiving and issuing ammunition.
