You will be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

As a part-time Artillery Officer, you’ll help maximise the ADF's combat power by providing offensive support coordination and indirect firepower, surveillance and target acquisition and ground-based air defence.

You’ll influence the battlefield by planning and commanding:
<ul>
<li>Offensive Support Artillery Systems such as mortars and 155 Artillery to provide intimate indirect fire support to the battlefield, in support of Combat Team operations</li>
<li>Uncrewed Aerial Systems to provide surveillance and target acquisition to support Combat Team on Operations both domestic and abroad</li>
<li>Weapon-locating and air surveillance radars to provide real time surveillance and target acquisition to enable development of the intelligence picture and target engagement.</li>
</ul>
What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Providing indirect fire support</li>
<li>Systematic surveillance</li>
<li>Accurate target acquisition and subsequent destruction</li>
<li>Identifying and weakening enemy combat air power.</li>
</ul>

Take command of artillery delivery and surveillance platforms, as part of the Combined Arms Combat team; in this exciting and rewarding part-time leadership role.
