Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those who already have a recognised degree.

This entry method is currently not recruiting.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

The pay you receive in the Army Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax.

You’ll work in modern and mobile operating environments, using advanced technology, equipment and materials. You could be called on to provide your specialist skills on land, aviation or maritime environments aiding in major international activities, humanitarian situations and operations.
