Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those who already have a recognised degree.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

The pay you receive in the Navy Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax.

As a part-time Doctor, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the general health of all Navy members. You may also become involved in specialist areas such as emergency management severe trauma, underwater medicine and aviation medicine.

Be a doctor with a difference, helping keep Navy members keep fit and healthy. You&rsquo;ll serve in a variety of well-equipped shore-based facilities in Australia and can also expect to serve onboard ships at sea.

You&rsquo;ll often work alongside your Army and Air Force colleagues in land-based facilities under canvas both in Australia and overseas.

Enjoy new medical challenges and opportunities for specialist study in a part-time role looking after the health of Navy members and supporting communities in need.
