Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those who already have a recognised degree.

This entry method is currently not recruiting.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

The pay you receive in the Navy Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax.

As a part-time Health Services Officer, you’ll support administration, planning and business management services that will inform and enable the delivery of health capability and health effects to the Navy and ADF.

Your primary responsibility is for the provision of non-clinical professional health support and services to Navy and the ADF. You’ll be employed across multiple health leadership and management roles, including at sea, ashore and in the broader ADF environment. 

You’ll support the delivery of health capability through the management of medical items of supply and provide expert advice into health capabilities through the capability life cycle. 

As a member of the Navy Reserve, you’ll serve on a flexible and part-time basis in exercises and maritime operations. You’ll learn all the skills you need to support Navy members ashore, at sea and overseas.
