Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those who already have a recognised degree.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

The pay you receive in the Navy Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax.

As a part-time Meteorologist and Oceanographer, you&rsquo;ll assess physical operating environments, above and below water, to determine how they can best be used to gain strategic, operational and tactical advantage.
