Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those who already have a recognised degree.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

As a part-time Navy Psychologist, you’ll work as a qualified officer in the Navy Reserve Psychology Branch.

You’ll deliver vital mental health and psychological services support to deployed Navy members, both at sea and in support of maritime operations onshore. 

You’ll work in a multidisciplinary environment and liaise with Navy and ADF Commanders about the services you provide.

Broaden your psychology experience, delivering mental health services at sea and providing psychological assessments and mental health training in this part-time role.
