Join without qualifications
There are many excellent career options in the ADF that generally don&rsquo;t require experience or qualifications. You&rsquo;ll receive all the training you need and be paid while you train.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those seeking general roles and career opportunities.

You'll be paid while you train, and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Employment Training, you’ll earn at least:

Trained

Your salary once trained

In the Army you'll be paid a good salary from day one regardless of your age, experience or qualifications.

As an Army Human Resources Administrator, you’ll experience administrative functions like none other in the nation. This isn't your average office job. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of environments, as well as with Navy and Air Force operations when needed.

You'll play a pivotal role in the management and wellbeing of members in each Army unit. If there's an issue, you'll be the first point of contact for it. 

Unlike most other office jobs, you'll also take part in soldiering and exercises. Your environment may change regularly, but your responsibilities will be consistent – always working towards the goal of helping the Army run efficiently.

Conduct a variety of administrative, clerical and financial tasks, whilst engaging in physical training and exercises in this office role with a difference.
