Use your degree and become a leader in your field
If you already have a degree, you can advance your current profession and apply your tertiary qualifications part time as a Graduate Reserve.
Who it&rsquo;s for:&nbsp;Those who already have a recognised degree.

You'll be paid to train and on completion of your Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you’ll earn a tax-free daily rate of at least:

The pay you receive in the Army Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax.

As a part-time Doctor, you&rsquo;ll serve in one of the Army&rsquo;s deployable health units. You&rsquo;ll provide quality healthcare and medical intervention in a combination of primary healthcare settings (health centres and clinics) and clinical placements to obtain skills for Fellowship qualifications.
If you&rsquo;re looking to experience adventure and excitement outside the everyday, earn tax-free pay and work as part of a close-knit team, this is an exciting opportunity that can work around your lifestyle.

You’ll provide specialist healthcare services on land or sea, in humanitarian situations and major international activities, as well as important operations. You’ll work with modern advanced technology, health equipment and materials as part of a dynamic health team.

Due to the ever-changing global situation, your patients will vary from ADF members to refugees (including children and the elderly) and combat casualties. This is an opportunity to expand your horizons and further your knowledge in new areas.
